6月26日下午，350vip8888新葡的京集团组织留学生开展端午节文化体验活动。本次活动由350vip8888新葡的京集团留学生会主办，旨在通过知识讲解、手工实践和品尝粽子等环节，让留学生在沉浸式体验中走近中国传统节日，深入了解中国传统文化。

On the afternoon of June 26, the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University organized a Dragon Boat Festival cultural experience activity for international students. Hosted by the International Student Union of the School of Mechanical Engineering (MEISU), the event aimed to help international students gain an immersive understanding of traditional Chinese festivals and culture through knowledge sharing, hands‑on activities, and tasting zongzi (rice dumplings).

留学生会主席邰潇逸围绕端午节的起源与发展进行了介绍。从纪念屈原的历史故事，到赛龙舟、吃粽子、挂艾草、佩香囊等传统习俗，以生动的语言讲述了端午节背后蕴含的文化背景。同学们认真聆听并结合自身文化背景积极交流，现场气氛轻松而热烈。

Tai Xiaoyi, President of the International Student Union, introduced the origins and development of the Dragon Boat Festival. Starting from the historical story of commemorating Qu Yuan to traditional customs such as dragon boat racing, eating zongzi, hanging mugwort, and wearing sachets, he vividly explained the cultural background behind the festival. The students listened attentively and actively engaged in discussions, drawing on their own cultural perspectives, creating a lively and warm atmosphere.

随后，同学们动手拼装龙舟模型，在制作的同时了解龙舟竞渡所象征的团结协作与奋勇争先精神。

Afterwards, the students assembled dragon boat models by hand, while learning about the spirit of teamwork and striving forward that dragon boat racing symbolizes.

最后，同学们共同品尝了多种口味的粽子。来自孟加拉国的Manik表示，此次活动不仅让留学生们了解了端午节的历史与习俗，也在动手制作和交流互动中感受到了中国文化的亲切与魅力。

Finally, the students sampled zongzi of various flavors. Manik, a student from Bangladesh, remarked that the event not only gave international students a deeper understanding of the history and customs of the Dragon Boat Festival, but also allowed them to experience the warmth and charm of Chinese culture through hands‑on activities and interactive exchanges.
